Desert Shop Environment

Happy to share this new project, the first project I've actually finished since starting to work full time in the games industry. In this project I used a mix of assets I made, and Megascans assets and textures. You can see the models I made by hand in the kit breakdowns, but some things like the foliage, workbench, and workbench props are from the Megascans library to save time.
In this project I wanted to take advantage on nanite and lumen in UE5. I used displacement with a custom height map to make all of the walls, and then followed the unreal documentation to use layered materials with RGB masks. I then made a few unique materials in Quixel Mixer to use with the RGB masks.

I had fun working with this concept, and making some creative decisions, overall I'm happy with how it turned out!
